Costs include a two night stay at The Lodge plus 2 breakfasts (Friday/Saturday) and 2 dinners (Thursday/Friday). The dinner on Friday will be a little more formal than Thursday evening. There will be time alloted for visits to neighboring towns on Friday.
Each of the 35 rooms at The Lodge ( floorplan) have 2 queen-sized beds, with a seating area and private bathroom facility with the exception of 3 rooms that have Murphy-style bed that folds up into a sofa, along with a private bathroom facility.
*We are asking that you pay half of the total by December 31st and the remainder by January 31st. If the second half is not paid by January 31st, the first half will be forfeited.

If registering for another person, please register yourself, then begin the registration again and register the other person unless you are registering as a married couple. If you are coming as a single and desire to room with another there is a place provided below to indicate that person's name.
If two married couples wish to share a room, please indicate that in the space proivded below.
Couples bringing a nursing infant are reminded that they are to provide their own pack-n-play (crib) as well as linens. Also please bring additional refuse bags for dirty diapers. Bonclarken has asked that the hallway receptacles not be used to dispose of diapers. It is also requested that nursing infants not be brought in to the corporate meetings.
